1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing this website or installing any hardware product manufactured by Zilicon Technologies Pvt. Ltd. (including ZDrop), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations.
2. Product Warranty & Installation
ZDrop products are covered by a 1-year comprehensive replacement warranty against manufacturing defects. Proper installation in accordance with user manuals and by standard qualified technicians is required to maintain device integrity.
Warranty does not cover physical tampering, lightning damage without recommended surge arrestors, or improper electrical wiring contrary to user documentation.
3. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property, software, firmware, circuitry designs, and brand trademarks (including the Zilicon logo and ZDrop) remain the exclusive property of Zilicon Technologies Pvt. Ltd.
